Paydyx Travel terms, payment rules and service support

Booking terms

These terms explain how fares, payment, ticketing, operator review and booking changes work when you book through Paydyx.

Last updated: May 14, 2026 Currency: EUR Market: DE
What this page covers

Use this page to understand when a fare is locked, when payment is taken and when tickets are issued or reviewed manually.

Fare pricing

Fares shown through this service already include the 10% service discount applied to the ticket fare before optional extras are added. Final totals may still change if the airline re-prices inventory, optional extras are added or fare availability changes before payment is completed.

Payment and confirmation

Payment confirms the charge. Ticket issuance happens after operator confirmation.

Booking review and ticketing

Some bookings move directly into ticketing after payment, while others require manual operator review, airline confirmation or additional booking checks before tickets are issued.

Customer obligations

Passenger names, dates of birth and any required nationality or document details must match the traveler documents used for the trip. Incorrect or incomplete passenger data can delay ticketing or require reissue charges.
